888starz withdrawal problem: start with the request status
Before drawing conclusions, look at the request status in the transaction history. “Under review”, “documents requested”, “rejected” and “approved” are four different situations with different fixes. The status is the fastest way to see at which stage the payout stopped and whose turn it is to act now: yours or the operator’s.
If there is no status and the withdrawal button is unavailable altogether, the cause is almost certainly an active bonus. If the request is rejected, look at the reason. If it is approved but there is no money, the question is now for the payment system. The table above maps symptoms to causes, and each cause is covered separately below.
The request is waiting for verification
The most common reason a first withdrawal is delayed is verification. The operator may request an identity document and, for large amounts, proof of address or source of funds. Until the document is sent and checked, the payout stays put.

Only one thing speeds this up — quickly sending a clear document whose data matches the profile letter for letter. If you gave inaccurate data at registration, tell support straight away rather than waiting for the mismatch to surface during the check. Verification is usually passed once: repeat withdrawals go faster.
The withdrawal is blocked by an unwagered bonus
If money is visible in the account but cannot be withdrawn, check whether there is an active bonus. Until the wagering is met, bonus funds and winnings from them are locked. For sport the wagering goes with accumulators of three events at odds from 1.4; single bets and low odds do not count, and progress can stand still while the deadline runs.
The fix is either to finish the wagering within the deadline or to cancel the bonus in the personal cabinet. On cancellation the bonus part expires, but your deposited money becomes available to withdraw. This is not “bonus fraud” but the promo terms, which are worth reading before activation.

The data does not match or the card is not yours
The second most frequent cause is a mismatch. Profile data does not match the document: a different transliteration of the surname, an error in the date of birth, a made-up name at registration. The card is not yours: a withdrawal to a relative’s or friend’s card. An error in the details: a wrong card or wallet number.
In all three cases the request is stopped because the operator must make sure the account holder receives the money. The fix is to correct the data through support, enter a card in your own name and double-check the details. It is better to withdraw by the method you deposited with: there are fewer questions at the check.
The request is approved but the money has not arrived
If the request is approved in the history but the money is not on your card, the operator’s stage is done and the question is about crediting. A bank or payment service may process the transfer with a delay, especially at weekends and holidays. First double-check the details in the request, then ask your bank whether the transfer has arrived.
If the money has not arrived within a reasonable time, write to support with the request number: the operator can provide transaction details that let the bank find the payment. Keep a screenshot of the approved request and the correspondence — they will be needed if the matter drags on.
Fraudsters around stuck withdrawals: what not to do
A stuck withdrawal is a favourite situation for fraudsters. “Support staff” appear on social media and Telegram promising to “unblock the withdrawal” for a commission, a “tax” or an “insurance payment”. The operator does not charge to unblock a payout — any such demand means fraud. Communicate only through the official chat on the site and [email protected].
Do not open a second account “to withdraw through it”: it breaks the rules and may lead to both accounts being blocked along with the balance. Never forward SMS codes or card details to anyone. If support has not resolved the issue, the path is evidence and a complaint to the regulator that issued the licence, not “fixers” from messengers.
